MIGHTY KIND — Issue 4: Storytelling

Dive into a world of storytelling. In issue 4, we introduce you to folktales from around the world. You'll hear from a real-life storyteller, learn how to craft your own stories, discover a human library, and more! In this issue, we examine the role that story plays in defining, shaping, and sharing culture and tradition.

Each issue of Mighty Kind also includes a “Destination” section that highlights a country, region, or people, a “Big Idea” section, with pages devoted to critical thinking and self-development, and a “Service” section that provides hands-on volunteer opportunities for kids to reach beyond themselves and do good in the world. There’s even articles for the grown-ups in the back.

In this issue, we visit Egypt, learn the value of integrity, and activate our kindness with service on the sly.

Cover art by Chaymaa Sobhy.

Specs: Full-color, 64 pages

Age Range: Mighty Kind is designed for kids ages 5 and up, but really, we think it’s for everyone!
