On your mark. Get set. Learn!

Issue 6 Olympics is coming your way! We’ve filled these pages with real-life stories of sportsmanship, honesty, teamwork, equity, allyship, and resilience from all around the world. Read an interview with Devon Harris, a member of Jamaica’s first bobsled team. Discover what it takes to have a “heart of gold.” Meet a Mighty Kind Kid who did 83 pull-ups in one hour for charity!

In this issue, we also highlight Japan where the 2021 Olympic games will take place. Learn from a chef how to make onigiri, try your hand at Japanese calligraphy, practice answering the phone in Japanese, and more. Each issue of Mighty Kind is filled with stories, fun facts, comics, activities, and ideas for how to put kindness into action!

Our grown-up readers will hear from Vasu Sojitra on his experience speaking to kids about his disability and Sean Touhey, founder of Peace Players on the art and science of free-play.
